We want a professional consultant to complete a full platform review. The review must include:
- Understand the company requirements for the solution - Understand the current technology platform to ensure its secure and can grow - Understand the current user journeys and custom work in the platform - Investigate and understand any business risks
This project will only include a detailed report and some recommendations. A follow-up project may be needed.
I anticipate the review will take roughly 2 weeks to complete and we would like to start in January 2025.
