I need guidance on how to register my company with Companies House in a way that ensures I retain control over the business compared to my partners. Additionally, I require assistance drafting a legally binding contract.
I have developed a product and brought on three partners, none of whom have contributed financially toward the product. I want a contract that ensures I have the authority to terminate their involvement in the business if necessary. They would receive dividends, but if possible, I’d like to structure this in a way that doesn’t require them to be listed as directors or formal partners and them not being listed as a partner. This would allow me to retain full control over the company while still paying them dividends, with the flexibility to remove them from the business if needed.
