I require assistance in clearly outline project scopes. Use metrics where possible (i.e. surface area, #floors, distance, etc). Add relevant details on construction method, contract type (fixed price, construction management, etc), project delivery methods (design build, design bid build, etc). The key focus here is to help the hiring manager visualize the project by putting some numbers and details on the project.
• Instead of listing basic duties of your role, focus on the key problems you resolved for each project / role. The key focus here is to demonstrate your performance
• Was the role / project a success? Why? The key focus here is to communicate any challenges overcome by the project.
