We need to remove a load bearing wall in a 1930s semi detached house. The kitchen is tiny and needs opening up into the dining room, there will need to be a steel beam roughly 4200mm long with a small steel at 90degrees to allow the kitchen doorway to be removed. We need a drawing and calculations to be sufficient to be issued for building regs approval, this must specify the steel sizes required as well as the connection details. This needs to be completed by Friday 22nd Nov. Attached is an image of the wall to be removed, and one with yellow marks showing the doorway to also be removed. There is also a dimension plan showing where the steels need to go in red hatched.
