Expected duration: Ongoing Who we’re looking for: We are looking for an outgoing and highly organized Executive Assistant/Customer Service Specialist to work various day, night, and weekend shifts. You will be responsible for communication with our customers via phone, email, and chat, as well as assisting other team members with our daily business activities and administrative tasks. Ultimately, the person applying for this role should be able to ensure the smooth daily operations of a business, both internally and in customer-facing interactions.
As an Executive Assistant/Customer Service Specialist, you will: Resolve customer requests via phone, email, chat, or social media promptly and accurately, using Zendesk System, Google services and Social media; Reference our support site, answer questions, and provide step-by-step instructions on a variety of topics, including applying discount codes and setting up their accounts; Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs; Monitor customer support operations and troubleshoot/resolve problems as they arise; Assist with a variety of administrative tasks, including Group Sales, working with affiliates, and completing projects across the organization.

Tech enthusiast: You have strong computer skills, working knowledge of CRM tools, and Google Services, are passionate about AI and emerging technologies, and are eager to explore and integrate them into your work. Creative: You have an interest or experience in design and video editing, with knowledge of tools like Canva or similar platforms. Remote ready: You thrive in a remote environment and enjoy the flexibility and independence it offers.
Additional Information: We are looking to hire someone willing to work 40 hours per week and is open to work night shifts (US daytime) and weekends. It is a fully remote contract position, with Independent Contractors responsible for their taxes and benefits. Each applicant is required to complete a paid Trial Period before transitioning to this role.
