We are looking for a powerful team member with the expertise of being a Virtual Assistant specialising in short term rentals & hospitality to join our existing teams.
We need people with experience and the ability to excel in the following areas:
Guest Communication: Crystal-clear communication keeping guests happy with their stay.
Operations: Handling reservations with the ability to co-ordinate and manage housekeeping and maintenance
Systems: Our system utilise multiple tools due to the broad nature of our business; we want to know about your experience and knowledge in using the following tools:
- Channel manager - Access control & security - Payment systems - Communication & collaboration - Task management tools - OTA portals
About us We are a tech heavy short term rental company with roots in systems building who now manage our own properties and offer our back office services to other clients.
About you You should be proficient in: - Multi tasking - Having attention to detail is paramount - Obviously great guest communication both written and spoken - Full time position, not shared hours with other clients
Experience and qualification will determine the pay rate
