We are seeking a proficient virtual assistant to support our expanding European operations. The ideal candidate must be located within the European Union for adherence to regional data privacy regulations. As our virtual front office, you will manage a variety of administrative tasks with utmost discretion and professionalism. Daily responsibilities include responding to general inquiries through phone and email in a courteous and timely manner, scheduling appointments, taking meeting notes, and light data entry duties. Experience with Google Workspace or similar productivity tools is preferred to efficiently handle documents and communications.
Excellent written communication skills are a must to courteously correspond with clients, vendors, and colleagues. Facility with multiple European languages, including English, would be highly advantageous. The ability to multitask and prioritize a fluctuating workload is critical as deadlines must be met. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational acumen and pay close attention to detail even under shifting priorities. This is a permanent, remote position with a flexible weekly schedule. The successful applicant will be proficient with common software and have a customer-service oriented mindset.
