Our clients have a problem identifying the correct replacement Doorlock or Handle with so many size retro fit backset centre to fit the door without cutting out the upvc frame We investigating adding a QR code where customer scan the broken door lock and the website directs them to the replacement on the website to avoid ordering wrong product and avoid so many customer returns for the Company which costs great deal money every year If there product identification software that may work say phone image We are not sure if this possible as its not been available so far We look forward to replies to help with this project
