Job Description: We are looking for a Reputation Management Expert who excels in customer interactions and possesses a strong background in sales and service. This role involves handling primarily informational calls with inbound leads, where you will discuss our company’s services, strategies, and processes, and guide potential clients through their decision-making process. This role is crucial in maintaining our commitment to high client satisfaction and will involve leveraging your sales skills to secure client commitment where applicable.
Responsibilities: • Engage with inbound callers to provide detailed information about our services and the benefits of our reputation management strategies. • Utilize your expertise in customer service and sales to convert inquiries into enhanced engagement or sales when opportunities arise. • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Requirements: • Residency in the USA or Canada with native-level English proficiency. • Strong background in customer service and sales, with excellent communication skills. • Proven ability to manage conversations with empathy and a strategic focus on client outcomes. • Comfortable in a remote work environment and adept at using various communication platforms.
Compensation: • Details of the compensation package will be negotiated with successful candidates with a monthly salary in the range of $4,000 to $6,000/month.
