1. Excavation of footing F1 (5-qty x 2), F2 (1-qty x 2) and Elevator shaft recess footing (1- qty x 2) – Ref. S100
2. Excavation of exterior and interior grade beams – Ref. S100 details 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 & 8/S300
3. Installation of vapor barriers for footings, grade beams and slab on grade concrete
4. Footing F1 (5-qty x 2), F2 (1-qty x 2) and Elevator shaft recess footing (1- qty x 2) – Ref. S100
5. Exterior and interior grade beams – Ref. foundation size schedule for conventional grade beams and footings on S100 and details 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 & 8/S300
6. Structural Steel anchor bolts/ embed plate per 9/S300, baseplate per 10/S300 and A211 – Floor Plan Building B&C
7. Slab of grade reinforcement with #3@12” O.C.
8. Pour 4,000psi concrete footings, beams and slab on grade. |
