Expected duration: More than 6 months We are looking for a talented designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging carousels and visuals that enhance a brand's presence on LinkedIn.
You will collaborate closely with writers who will provide the copywriting, which you will then transform into visually appealing and effective designs (LinkedIn carousels and graphics for images). Your work will play a key role in driving engagement and growing our client’s audiences on LinkedIn.
Key responsibilities:
- Carousel Design: Create visually compelling and brand-consistent carousel posts for LinkedIn, ensuring that each slide captures attention and communicates the message clearly. - Profile Branding: Design elements for the company’s LinkedIn profile, like profile images, banners, and similar. - Visual Content Creation: Design a variety of LinkedIn visuals, including infographics, cheatsheets, and similar for image posts, based on the direction provided by content writers. - Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines, including colour schemes, typography, and overall visual style. - Collaboration: Work closely with content writers and strategists to ensure that the final designs effectively convey the intended message and resonate with the target audience. - Feedback Incorporation: Revise and refine designs based on feedback from the strategist to ensure high-quality, polished deliverables. - Stay Updated: Keep up with LinkedIn design trends and best practices to continually improve the effectiveness of visual content.
Ideal Skill Set/ Experience
- Proficiency in design tools, ideally Canva as it’s the best for collaboration, however we can use Markup.io to collaborate on designs outside of Canva. - Ability to create visually engaging content that aligns with brand identity. - Experience with creating content for LinkedIn, particularly carousel posts. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
We’re looking to have a fixed monthly retainer per client with the chosen designer.
