Key Responsibilities: As a Graphic Designer, you are great at: 1. Creating/Designing Social Media Posts: Developing eye-catching and engaging visual content for our various social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with our brand's tone and message. This includes artwork for podcasts and YouTube. 2. Platform-Specific Knowledge: Staying up-to-date with the requirements and guidelines for graphics on various social media platforms including dimensions, file formats, and best practices. We focus on LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube. 3. Client Projects: Collaborating with our clients to understand their graphic design needs and delivering creative solutions that meet their objectives. 4. Flexibility: Adapting to shifting priorities and working under tight deadlines while maintaining the quality and consistency of design work. 5. Obsession with Graphic Design! Demonstrating a deep understanding and ever-learning approach towards design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition, and using this knowledge to produce exceptional designs. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience in graphic design for online business and personal brand building - Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). - Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity on relevant projects - Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients. - A strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment How to Apply: If you're a creative individual with a passion for graphic design and you're excited about the prospect of working with a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.
