Overview: We're seeking a talented Graphic Design Specialist with a keen eye for digital ad creation to join our team. This role focuses on designing compelling visuals for our digital advertising campaigns, primarily for Google and potentially Facebook. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create effective and eye-catching ad creatives.
Key Responsibilities: Design and produce a wide range of digital ad creatives, including banners, images, and other formats suited for Google Ads and Facebook. Collaborate closely with our digital marketing team to ensure that all creatives align with campaign goals and messaging. Test and iterate on ad designs based on campaign performance data. Stay up-to-date with digital design trends and advertising standards to ensure our creatives remain fresh and effective.
Key Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in creating digital ads. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator). Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative strategies and designs. Strong understanding of digital advertising standards and best practices. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the marketing team and stakeholders. Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Portfolio of previous work that demonstrates your expertise in ad design.
