We are currently seeking a skilled freelancer to perform two main tasks on our website: ensuring all contact forms are fully functional and integrating our blog with Mailchimp for effective email marketing. The ideal candidate should have experience with website functionality testing and be proficient with Mailchimp and its integration with websites.
Responsibilities:
• Test all existing contact forms on the website to ensure they are capturing information correctly and are properly connected to the designated email address.
• Identify and fix any issues with the contact forms, such as incorrect field mappings, missing notifications, or errors in data transmission.
• Integrate our blog with Mailchimp to enable automated email blasts when new blog posts are published.
• Ensure that the integration allows for smooth data transfer and that subscribers can easily opt-in and opt-out.
• Provide a brief report detailing the work done, any changes made, and instructions for maintaining the integrations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience with website functionality testing and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Mailchimp, including setting up RSS-to-email feeds, segmenting email lists, and integrating Mailchimp with websites.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and potentially JavaScript, as they relate to form design and functionality.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Hourly Range: $5.00-$41.00
