Worldwide We are in search of an outstanding Tech Virtual Assistant who will support a growing and thriving online business that provides courses and memberships within the fitness niche.
Your role is to provide exceptional assistance across three main areas:
1. Operations
2. Social media
3. Tech.
To excel in this role you need to be super organized, take radical responsibility, be ready to learn new tools at the drop of a hat, be incredibly resourceful, be a massive team player and willing and able to juggle multiple projects at once.
You will be working closely with the CEO and will need to foresee what projects are upcoming and create your own plan of action, reverse engineering what needs to happen and when rather than relying on being told what to do. This role is an integral part of Tracy Campoli as you will be across multiple projects providing vital support for everything to function optimally.
This is a remote, part-time contractor position and requires someone who can work in the Eastern Time Zone. Typical hours for this role are between 8am and 5pm ET with occasional weekend or out-of-hours check-ins during launch times.
This is a role that absolutely could expand in the future for the right person. It will start at 10-15 hours per week and the work can be done virtually. We can discuss increasing your responsibilities as your performance is evaluated.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Operations Support * Setting up automations in Keap (formerly Infusionsoft) * Scheduling email broadcasts and tagging appropriately * Maintaining campaigns and sequences for launches and evergreen products * Funnel testing * Monthly report of metrics * Managing Asana Project Management, creating tasks and project flows as needed * Create any new SOPs as needed and update current ones quarterly
Social Media
* Setting up and creating carousel posts based on past top-performing content * Adding and scheduling social media posts in scheduling tool * Creating Canva graphics using templates for social media
Tech support * Creating a monthly calendar for membership * Adding workouts and calendar to WordPress website * Scheduling live monthly workouts * Creating and maintaining Many Chat automation
Any other tasks within these 3 areas as and when needed.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

* Experience with tech platforms such as Asana, Groove HQ, Keap, Wordpress, Canva, Planonly, Many Chat, and all Social Media platforms. * Positive, flexible, solution-oriented, and excited to work with a diverse range of customers * The highest attention to detail and equally high standards when it comes to quality * An authentic and approachable style that makes our customers feel inspired. * Outstanding communication skills (both written and verbal) — you have a knack for offering simple solutions, effective problem solving and ensuring everyone is left feeling understood * Super comfortable with technology - we are looking for a virtual assistant who is super savvy with online tech! * Self-directed - this isn’t the type of role where you are given a list of things to do - you need to be forward-thinking and create a plan of action for yourself based on the company’s goals and projects * You can grasp a high-level vision and convert it into do-able pieces of work * You are a finisher. The completion of a project and ticking off all of your to-do list gives you goosebumps * Your a keen learner, always looking for ways to expand your knowledge & encourage others to do the same
This position starts at a rate of $25-30 p/hour depending on experience, 10-15 hours per week.
