Urgent Need: Expert WordPress Developer and System Administrator
Job Description:
We urgently require a highly skilled and experienced WordPress developer with strong System Administration skills to address critical issues in our content aggregation and distribution system. Our setup involves multiple PHP-based content aggregators collecting data from various sources via RSS feeds. These aggregators are failing to send content to our network of websites, which is a crucial part of our operations.
Overview of Issues:
Multiple content aggregators are currently not transmitting content to our network of websites.
The issues are system-wide, affecting all aggregators and websites.
The problem may involve complex interactions between the websites, databases, aggregators, and their hosting environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Immediate Problem Resolution:
Diagnose and rectify the issues causing the breakdown in content transmission from aggregators to websites.
Investigate and resolve any related system, database, or network problems.
System Administration and Maintenance:
Manage and maintain the server environment where the aggregators and websites are hosted.
Implement and oversee effective system administration practices to ensure reliability and optimal performance.
Ongoing Website, Development, Support and Optimization:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the websites and aggregators.
Suggest and implement improvements for system efficiency and reliability.
New Web Page and AI Application Development
Assist our developers by building webpages and chatbot interfaces for client demos
Key Requirements:
Extensive experience in WordPress development and troubleshooting, with a focus on content aggregation and distribution systems.
Strong system administration skills, with the ability to manage and optimize server environments for WordPress and PHP-based systems.
Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress database management.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues effectively and efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear technical reports and updates.
