Pinch is a boutique white-label agency that exclusively supports other digital marketing and creative agencies with their design and development projects.
We want to put a big push on new business and we are looking to bring on some lead generation and sales support. We have a great close rate and we are primarily looking for somebody to help us open up new opportunities or qualified leads / appointment setting.
We have found that the best method is calling agencies directly as emails are more often ignored so we aren't looking for a marketing function or LinkedIn lead gen as this is highly saturated and borderline spammy these days.
We believe that 3-4 hours per day would be a good starting point for this and if successful, we can increase the hours and potentially discuss commission kickbacks.
We want somebody longer term for this and want to feel like this person is a part of the team, the longer we run this strategy, the more success we will see.
We want to move on this quickly and want to be short listing this week.
What We Are Looking For:
Our target markets are digital marketing, web development and creative agencies, ideally, with 10+ staff as this ensures that they are blog enough to afford the service.
We are looking for a professional and experienced business development manager who can initiate new relationships / opportunities through cold calling and so you must be comfortable picking up the phone with new people as this is the best approach.
Ideally, we are looking for somebody who has experience working in or with digital agencies previously as this will significantly increase the efficiency of the setup and campaign start. And we only want UK based professionals so pelase don’t apply if you’re outside the UK.
We can work on a pay weekly basis as this would coincide with our need for regular call reports which we think weekly would be a good interval time for.
