I would need to develop a recruitment tool which will allow me to manage a recruitment cycle, from budget approval, interview processes, testing, hiring and overall budget and cost control.
Here are some few development areas we would need to consider
1. The tool must be able to manage employees (benefits, payroll, travels, taxes, leaves, allowances etc.)
2. The tool must be able to post job advertisements on different platforms i.e. social media, LinkedIn and others for candidate attraction.
3. The tool must include a section for E-Learning, meaning that the testing part must allow data collection, must provide the possibility to upload content for learning purposes and from there conduct tests. monitor progress, provide scoring, and completion certificates. We must be able to use this section as a planner for training that could take place outside of the tool keeping a view on budget consumption.
4. The tool must be able to manage an entire recruitment cycle, from receiving and storing applications, sorting them out with prequalifying criteria's (screening questions, assessments), following up on interviews, prepare offers, generate contracts and finally manage the new employee (points1-3). Incumbents will be prepopulated.
5. Tool must allow multilingual use
6. We will be working on the website to allow presentation of my services and candidates to browse through jobs and apply.
