I'm seeking a proficient freelancer to undertake a multimodal accessibility project involving the conversion of a PDF file into both Visual (Text) and Audio formats. The PDF contains 62 pages with approximately 493 questions and answers, and it is presented in a left-to-right reading orientation. The primary objective of this project is to create two independent deliverables: a visually accessible text version and an engaging audio version. Both formats aim to cater to individuals with different preferences and needs, empowering them to access the content independently.
The freelancer will be responsible for the following tasks: 1. Converting the entire 62-page PDF document into a Visual (Text) format, maintaining clarity and readability. 2. Creating an audio version of the content, ensuring clear and articulate narration, along with appropriate pauses and pacing. 3. Structuring the text and audio to match the original left-to-right reading orientation of the PDF. 4. Properly segmenting the questions and answers in both formats to facilitate comprehension and navigation. 5. Providing an option to use the audio independently of the Visual (Text) version, allowing users to listen to the content without relying on the visual representation. 6. Delivering the final Visual (Text) and Audio files in widely compatible formats, ensuring easy accessibility for all users.
