I am looking for an experienced freelancer to create an indexing file for my real estate agency. The index should include residential and commercial properties, in basic details such as address,type, vendor name , purchaser / tenant name and REN name. I prefer the file to be in Google Sheets format. We need a system that able to trace our document digitally and physically. For now our company store it in google sheets manually and physical file.
I need someone who is knowledgeable in Excel and database management, including the ability to create spreadsheets, format information and maintain accurate records. The index should also be easily updated whenever needed. Responsibilities will include making sure that each property in the index is listed accurately and completely, and that all changes are reflected in a timely manner.
