HI, I am looking for a custom booking system to be added to our flat some woocommerce website.
I would like the website to have several features.
Customer View: Normal website, countdown to next event on front page. Calendar view as default to show upcoming events however customer can change it to a list. Colour coded per type of activity to make it easy for the user to see what session is what. Can login and view events, change events if needed.
Each date needs to be able to have more than one event on it to be booked.
When booking, the customers can book for multiple people at once, however they must enter all the details of each individual participant as well as their emails and age so the system can send out a form they must sign prior to attending. This form needs to be some form of Esign that registers on the booking it has been completed.
As an example, the overall maximum capacity may be 50 attendees however upto 14 of them can book an upgraded package. Each booking must take a non refundable deposit with the remainder payable on the day.

Also on the website in a separate area customers need to be Able to submit requests for party bookings providing their preferred time and date as well as which activity they wish to choose.
We would also like to use a QR code check in facility depending how much extra this would cost. This would show the staff member, if the person has completed their form, how much they have paid and whats left to be taken. Alternatively a barcode so it brings the booking up on the computer with the same information .
We are looking to have this built within the next 7 days.
