I need an animation to explain how people are paid in the creative world (the film is about musicians) for my self-funded documentary. The animation will take the form of a pyramid, with a large number of amateurs and hobbyists at the bottom, with progressively fewer people as you move up through the layers: semi-pro, pro, and eventually a tiny number of people who achieve stardom at the very top who earn by far the most.
The animation needs to convey the information in the attached graphic - but in a fun and informative way. Perhaps with cartoon people filling the different levels of the pyramid?

For this is the lot of the working artist. Yet each year a new generation of 1000’s leave our conservatoires, acting schools and art colleges hoping to make it as an “artist”. And they do it because they have to do it. They’re driven by a deep need to express themselves creatively. Often from a very young age, they are drawn to their art like moths to a flame.
