Expected duration: less than 1 week We've got a requirement to analyse 3 sets for flow rate data for a breathing mask. R or Python is suggested by not required.
The data is in a set of CSV files, showing flow rates over time, 3 devices over ~3 days with roughly 1m data points on each. We're looking to graph these in three ways for analysis
1. Mask on vs off time (shown by sudden drop of flow to zero and back to normal as the mask relocated) 2. partially fitting mask (shown by a decreased but not zero flow) 3. Slow blocking of the mask over the 3 days (shown by a tapering of flow over a longer period)
To accurately assess blocking, I would expect we will need to filter out the off times and low flow times and plot a trendline of the remaining data, but happy to explore alternative methods.
