Are you a skilled telesales telemarketer looking for your next project? We have an exciting opportunity for you! We are looking for UK-based English speakers to join our team and generate valuation appointments for our Estate Agents. Our leads are significantly close to requiring valuations and have already engaged with us due to the value we provided them.
We operate a policy of double-dialling every contact to ensure the required conversations are achieved. But, success is not purely based on volume - it's about being conversational and identifying needs. As an appointment-setting project, your ability to engage in conversation and book home valuation appointments will be the benchmark for success.
To gain maximum contacts, calls need to be made between 5 pm and 9 pm and on weekends. The project will be ongoing, and we offer a performance bonus based on the volume of appointments made. The bonus is structured at £20 per appointment and the role will attract a minimum of 10 appointments a month. Initially, it is thought the role will start at 15 hours a month but will develop further for the right candidate.
A good level of previous appointment setting telesales experience is essential (with reviews) although property industry experience is not.
We will be progressing the interviews by phone which will provide an opportunity for you to ask questions and showcase your skills. Please read the attached docs so we can have clear conversations about the project. Please note that there may well be at least 2 conversations prior to starting the role.
