This a 100% Remote Position.
Basic Requirements: - Experience in Digital Marketing SEO/ PPC roles (references are required) - Demonstrable expert knowledge in SEO & PPC (covered during the recruitment process) - A reliable laptop or desktop computer (with functioning video & microphone) - A fast, stable internet connection - Previous experience of remote working
Key Duties Include: - Work alongside our Agency Account Managers to provide a range of marketing services to our client list - Develop, manage, & implement client digital marketing strategies (predominantly SEO and paid advertising) - Create reports of deliverables to assist Account Managers - Assist Account Managers in maintaining our client workflows using our management software, Asana - Assist Account Managers with managing team capacity - Keeping all client accounts on track to meet client objectives and KPIs - Maintain our high client retention rate - Using your expert knowledge to help train Account Executives in tasks relating to digital marketing and client management - Participating & contributing towards the ethical direction of our Agency - Helping the senior team where needed - Maintaining KPIs relating to company growth
Essential Skills & Experience:
To ensure sufficient knowledge to perform the role, we require the following digital marketing experience:
- 3+ years of experience setting up & managing Google Ads PPC campaigns, which must have covered key competencies, e.g. display network, remarketing, performance max, google shopping, DSA, etc - 3+ years of experience in SEO which must have covered key competencies, e.g. search console, backlinking, technical auditing, content optimisation, structured markup etc - 2+ years of experience setting up & managing Microsoft Ads PPC campaigns - Good working knowledge of various CMS methodologies - Excellent all round communication skills - Excellent proof-reading skills with flawless spelling and grammar - High attention to detail with a ‘self-starter’ approach - Excellent time management is essential; ability to organise & prioritise your workload with a flexible approach to tasks - A passionate team player whose supportive, encouraging, & proactive with great initiative
Desirable/ Bonus Skills & Experience: - Agency experience managing a client list - Experience with Google Looker Studio and Tag Manager - Marketing experience/ knowledge across paid social media campaigns - Paid app promotion and ASO - Experience in global, multilingual SEO & paid search strategies - Basic coding experience – JavaScript/HTML/CSS/PHP
