Hi, I am looking for a VA who understands business and can manage relatively complex tasks not just answer calls. Here are some examples which I think seem relatively straight forward but others can't seem to deliver.
1. When a situation needs two people to be chased by phone so they can talk to each other to agree a date, chase them daily until you get them, set up the meeting for them to talk and make sure the meeting is going to happen and then check it did happen and that everything that should have been agreed was agreed.
2. If we need you to find a tradesperson, if you find them I need you to follow through and make sure the hob is done such as check the day before they are still going, check they are going on the day and check if they need anything from us before they go, check they went , check they did what they were meant to do and check the client is happy and they are ready for us to go
3. If asked to book tickets, don't send me the link back to book the tickets thats why I have a VA
As you can see from the previous VPA's we have used, there just seems to be a basic lack of common sense and business understanding. If you think you can handle these relatively simple jobs and like chasing people up then PLEASE get in touch
