I have a news Wordpress site set up on Hawkhost but it’s not visible right now due to some problem with the server. The site uses an auto-blogging plugin called “scrapes” to pull from RSS feeds to populate the website. This plugin recently stopped working correctly with the website but it does scrape the way that I want it to.
I want to install a new site template and make the site visible again and make sure scrapes works correctly. Additionally, there are some small inconsistencies with the layout that need to be fixed. I am looking for someone that can help me go through the site, clean up the unnecessary plugins, make edits to the theme so that it shows properly as well as troubleshoot and fix any server side issue that are breaking the site now.
Lastly, i would need someone to look at our site and help us determine if we can downgrade or need to upgrade our server specs for the site to function properly. It seems that the site stops working when too many articles are added.
