I have published a book on Tantra titled Tantra 2.0: Modern Interpretations of an Ancient Yoga. the book is available on Kindle on [login to view URL]
I need to translate it into new Portuguese speakers on the people per hour website. Here are the specifications:
1. I can read and understand Portuguese quite well but I am not a fluent writer in Portuguese.
2. I need a translator from English to Portuguese, Brazil.
3. The people per hour should be comfortable with both English and Portuguese but obviously has to be quite good with his/her Hindi.
4. Please read the book, at least a few pages. You will see that it is indeed quite modern and written in simple, no-nonsense English.
5. I need a Portuguese translator who understands the difference between scholarly Hindi and journalistic Hindi.
6. If you have seen the movie Shakti (Amitabh Bachchan, Dilip Kumar, Smita Patil) then you will know the kind of Hindi I am looking for.
7. I definitely DO NOT WANT scholarly/very formal Portuguese.
8. Some interest in Yoga, Dharma, Hindu Philosophy will be an added advantage but not a requirement
9. Please expect to have a few discussions over the phone over drafts of the work
Future work on similar topics can be expected. I will be hiring more than (50) writer. So please provide details of the drafts and availability for discussions. The book is only 45K to 65K words long. The end product will be a format that is ready for publishing.
