Description:
We are looking for someone reliable, communicative, with good written English skills and a keen eye for detail, to carry out a mystery shop to a specific student accommodation provider in Leicester. The assignment would involve making an initial online enquiry about a room, engaging with the resulting communication (which will be by phone and/or email) and arranging to attend a tour of the accommodation, which you would attend and record covertly using your smartphone. There is then a written report to complete on our system, consisting of tickbox questions and narrative comments. No mystery shopping experience is required as we would fully brief you, over the phone and in writing, on what is needed. We need someone who can realistically present as being a current university student or A level student.
