I am after a website to be completed with a User Friendly CMS in the back end.
The Website itself will be mainly pictures and text and i will list the main functions of site below.
There will be 3 parts and elements to the site for separate sections of the business
Module 1 - Consumer This will be a consumer based e-commerce platform - taking sales for services and making a booking on our website - the booking will then trigger a zapier to a 3rd party platform (no physical products or downloads)
There will be subscriptions for on sale two, one will be monthly and the other annually - there must be a function to manage this within the customers account "My Account" this integration for payments will need to be done with STRIPE and site built with this in mind
Each user will have their own account showing Name, Address*, Telephone, Mobile, Plan Name**, Email, Instructions field, Past order, future orders *Address field once completed for the first time will then be locked and only changed once we change in the CMS ** Several plans available
Users should have the function to cancel their subscription through a request only, they should click cancel and this would trigger an action for Admin to approve in the CMS
Module 2
This will be for Business Clients.
Business accounts will be created by us in the admin panel in CMS, once created we will require to allocate certain fields and then tick a box to allow the system to send the welcome email to the client to Activate the account
Here there will be a separate order system allowing customers to book business services, there will be no payments for these orders however they will be processed like an order.
the client will have their own dashboard and account space showing current orders, past orders and the ability for us to create or upload invoices to their account, once we upload an invoice they will at this pouts be able to down load the PDF and pay online using the STRIPE integration or GO CARDLESS (UK)
The client will have the option to change the current order and only when ADMIN close the order will no further changes be approved
This area will have the business clients logo, address and be branded to them (we will do this as part of the account setup
IMPORTANT
Each order line taken here on this section will require a unique and custom barcode and label to be generated. once the job is complete. the user will be able to print each label as they go or in bulk - this is a MUST
each order added will have Name, Address (autofind) mobile as standard and a manifest will be generated by a PDF button too.
each contact will then need to be saved in a database (knows as Address Book)
Module 3 - Partners
This will be very much from the same design as Module 2 with the only difference, they will have the same services as module one, and instead of taking payment will add the value to the account balance same as module 2 other than that this is the same functionality
I am sure this will need further clarifications. I WILL ONLY PICK GENUINE REQUESTS TO MOVE TO THE NEXT STAGE..
PAYMENT TERMS WILL DEPOSIT TAKEN AT TIME OF ORDER, BALANCE WILL THEN BE DUE BEFORE LAUNCH - NO CHANGES TO THIS AS I HAVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH AN INDIAN BASED COMANY BEFORE ON HERE.
I WOULD BE HAPPY TO ADD THE ENTIRE FEEE TO ESCROS, BUT NO MONEY WILL BE RELEASED UNTIL JOB IS SIGNED OFF AND UX/UI 100% COMPLETE
