I have been working on this site and during the time of changing up the site, I changed some of the URLs slugs, one of them being the URL slugs that made up the RSS feed to Apple Podcast, Spotify Podcast, and a whole host of others that Squarespace automatically distributes to.
Long story short I tried these things and the podcast updates are still not showing in podcast players:
- Changed the Blog Page URL slug back to the original.
- Deleted and Replaced the audio block
- Change the blog post date to release to a future date to see if that my automatically refresh feed
- Applied 301 redirects from the changed URL slugs to the original
- Submitted RSS Feed to Apple Connect
- Submitted RSS Feed to Spotify Podcaster
Looking for Intermediate - Expert level skills in Squarespace and web development who can fix the syncing issues I'm having for one of my clients' podcasts which is hosted on Squarespace.
Would like to know how to fix it in the future as well.
I'm versed in SEO but not in web dev nor technical SEO.
