I need someone to Design and Deploy a high impact and fast One Page Landing page with an accompanying Blog that I can easily update myself. I am trying to have a Website that represents my professional persona for the company I work for and to be able to share and post news stories I find interestting on my blog every day (Bonus if you can help me pr recommend a plug in to do that for me from Google Trends or through RSS links I select).

I will need several Plugins installed including Mailerlite Opt-in (Bloom Plug in for Divi can do that) to connect visitors to my email list and SEO and Social Shares as well as a Plugin for image optimization when I upload an image. The most important plugin is for a Stock Ticker to work on the top of the page in real time.
***Please have Landing Page Design Skills and Graphic Design and knowledge on how to set up hosting. Also please know how to maximize speed on Load times. This is critical for me.
