Expected duration: 3 - 4 weeks The Scriptalizer is a VB.Net application (plus API and DLL package) that substitutes the ‘standard’ characters in a text string with alternatives which, when rendered in the correct handwriting font, produces a more natural handwriting effect.

The current version has 110 character variations, with a further 308 originally planned to be added by mid September although we accept that end of October is a more realistic target now.
Unfortunately the current developer has pulled out due to other work commitments so we are looking for a new partner to implement the additional modifications and work with us on an on-going basis to help maintain the software and associated services. A handover package has been provided.
The Scriptalizer is presented in 4 versions:- • A web application (Main application) • An API web service • An MS Word template that uses the above API web service • An Application Embeddable DLL Version
The new partner will be ideally based in the UK and will require expertise in VB.Net and some Asp.Net Webforms experience, and ideally some exposure to web services.
