Define the UX vision and Create UX strategies for a Fintech start-up that aims to create a user-friendly one-stop shop for home ownership and financing. 7-10 yrs of professional experience in Design (e.g. interaction/graphic, visual communications). The ideal candidate will have experience working with clients in the mortgage industry.
- Partner with business teams to understand the desired product outcomes
- Define and Inform the process and roadmap
- Understand how the end user will interact with the platform and carve the structure and flow to make that possible
- Use your solid grasp of user research, information architecture, interaction design, and content strategy to clearly communicate to teams and clients
- Ensure that User Experience teams align their direction with their organization’s business plan
- Facilitate strategic, customer-centric decision making
- Work across business units and departments.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative user research.
- Synthesize customer data from many sources to identify opportunities and recommend design directions.
- Connect design strategy to business results.
- Leading and influencing research and evaluation of emerging design, technology, industry, and market trends.
- Demonstrating a good understanding of UX methodologies
- Guiding effective documentation and communication of design - via wireframes, mockups, prototypes and user stories
- Leading research and evaluation of emerging design, technology, industry, and market trends
- Be experienced in applying user-centred design principles across desktop, mobile, and web platforms
- Be proficient in standard design tools (Figma, Axure, Adobe CC), hand drawing and visual communication.
- Be able to advocate for user needs throughout the development life cycle in an agile environment.
