Data Entry: We run a training brokerage (website here - https://www.wedotraining.com). We need someone to take over adding the course schedules to the website, The schedules come in various formats that I will convert, then add to a spreadsheet using Google sheets. From here we would like someone (you) to add them to the admin area of our Joomla CMS system. The system is not perfect and will evolve. There is room for error too so we need someone who has attention to detail. It will involve lots of copy and pasting - pretty much data entry stuff initially. However there would also be some interaction between yourself and the training providers (maybe to double check on an anomoly?), so communication skills and use of a telephone are important too.
Booking enquiries overflow. It's likely we would also like you to be able to take calls about booking enquiries. This would initially be simple message taking, but would hopefully progress to giving information and maybe dealing with bookings. Additionally it would be useful for someone to manage the 'Live Chat'.
We're hoping to have someone Mon, Wed, Fri for 2-3 hours each day.
