Expected duration: Ongoing We are looking for 2 SEO freelancers/experts to work with our company -we have over 65 private schools globally.
We have an SEO manager in-house who will lead the direction. We have 65 new websites rolling out by August. These are brand new websites and new SEO meta data.
This means you will need to turn around basic meta data and redirects in 2-3 days.
This would be 3 months of setting this up and then working with us from September onwards as a dedicated SEO resource i.e. still 30hrs per week. This includes building content, link building and everything else outside of the initial set up.
You could manage another client however, it's a lot of hours per week - important to flag.
Our KPI's are organic lead growth +30% YoY and position 1 for 3-5 generic keywords. This is high volume generic search terms not just basic terms.
Therefore, we need 2 specialists to help with this role out.
This includes:
- keyword research per school - review historical pages that ranked and ensure we keep these or make sure we rank for these - brand is natural - and we should always be position 1 here - one to keep in mind - meta data based on keyword research for the new website - redirects before go live (1-2 days before go live).
Once the site goes live we need: - Reviewing the technical SEO and best practice - Reporting on metrics (we use data studio and google search console) - Checking all redirects and any errors on the new website (within 24hrs)
After site is checked: - On-going content reccomendations for our content team to build - Link building included in content reccomendation - Further tweaks and changes to improve SEO rankings and growth
We have aggressive targets and believe we can achieve these as it's an educational sector which has less competition and we have a senior SEO manager who knows how to achieve this.
Therefore, we need someone who is fast, high attention to detail and an expert. We have interviewed over 20 SEO experts and agencies and we haven't found this person yet. If you believe you are the right fit please let us know.

After this we can agree on a scope and what works on a weekly basis.
