Expected duration: 1 - 6 months We are looking for an interim account manager to help maintain customer service and relationships with our clients, and proactively look for new sales opportunities.
You will be the interface between clients in entertainment and ecommerce, and our internal technical marketing team via our Senior Marketing Manager, delivering services across Paid Media, SEO and Analytics.
You will maintain agendas, lead client calls and comms, and communicate their needs to our internal team. You will organise information back and forward and stay abreast of the status of projects.
You will assist our MD on converting new sales leads and closing agreements, and communicate weekly status updates to clients, with information feeding in from our agency team. You will also help forecast key account metrics and assist with resolving client challenges and issues.
Ultimately, you will help clients feel informed with clear and timely replies, help them understand what happens next, and interpret their bigger picture needs so we can serve them best.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or similiar role - Enjoys working in a fast paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines - Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level - Solid experience with project management software (e.g. Asana) and Google Workspace - Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs - Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities - Strong verbal and written communication skills
