We, here at ELS, are looking for someone to build a fully functioning website that incorporates the above specified items and that is welcoming to both new potential students and to students we already have. ELS is an English school that is is all about the pursuit of learning english in a modern and efficient way.
Things to add to this project: -Home Page - Professional and presentable - Link to our Social media pages at the bottom - Tab for potential clients to view a carousel of the teachers we have to offer Labeled "Teachers" - Tab for Student Login; Labeled "Student Login" - Tab for Teacher login; Labeled "Teacher Login" - Tab that displays a page with an overview/ preview of the material we use; Labeled "Materials" - Tab that describes ELS; Labeled "About" - So there will be a set time where a student should enter for their class and if they are late the admins will know.
- Teacher portal that allows each of our teachers to have a secure login and page that includes - Their schedule - The material they will be using - Our teacher training files - Easy file drop area to drop there recorded classes into a Google Drive that the admin can access - Admin access to all teacher profiles - Trackable progress of their classes - Attendance sheet (viewable by admin) - Integrate zoom, meets, teams and Skype - So there will be a set time where a teacher should enter for their class and if they are late the admins will know
- Add an admin tracking page - Actively tracks the teachers/ students time online - The amount of classes the teacher has done in a month - It should be able to calculate projected amount of hours per month based on their calendar and the actual hours based on the classes actually given
- Student portal that allows each of our students to have a secure login. Page should include: - Class schedule - Progress so far - Tracks the time a student is inside their portal working on assignments (to be viewable by admin also)
- Use Restream that integrates with OBS to allow the teachers to do live classes Streaming across IG, Youtube and Facebook Simultaneously
- E-commerce page that allows us to sell the material that the students will purchase
