Expected duration: less than 1 week With have a Call logging portal and end user support client portal that we require to be branded so that it can be used across our platform of services. It will be a place for our internal and external business to send their customers too so that they can log support tickets and get remote support without it being tied to a current business or brand
The basic outline is: Website Domain is Connectme.Support and requires the following 1.Logo design 2.Home page Web Site (initially 1 page however will need option for Navi to expand to 3 pages) 3. Helpdesk Portal Branding (we use helpspot - https://www.helpspot.com/help-desk-software)
I have provided at a very high level (hand drawn overview) so that the scope is easy to understand. The outline is only a suggestion and is not a preference so i will be looking for your own create ideas on the way it should work. The essential element is that the website will allow for two hyperlinks to 1. helpdesk portal and the second to our remote portal

Please note that in terms of the cost I would like an official quote I have put in a budget just to put something in there so don't think it the case of just accepting the quote and i will give the work out as it could be less or it could be more.
