Expected duration: 3 - 4 weeks We currently use a traditional CMS (WordPress) for our site, but we have come to the conclusion this solution is not appropriate and we need a headless CMS. We want a unique, bespoke website that can scale with ease, and that enables us to market our brand across multiple platforms. The database (view) will be MySQL dB. The CMS should be some tool like strapi. Strap is Open Source, customizable, and self-hosted, and provides an intuitive admin panel as well as an API consumable from any http client. We want to be able to manage the content ourselves. We favor the use of REACT for the front-end. React offers fast rendering, reusable components, and stable code. It allows developers to build rich-user interfaces and support excellent performance. Please refer to the strawman plan as attached, all proposals must follow this format as payment will be driven by delivery of phased release milestones per the plan. The detail of the plan can be adapted once the award for the project has been made. Any proposal as tendered will be assessed on the completeness of the offer, the relevance to the brief in terms of the proposal and form and the veracity of the proposal in consideration of location and current commercial conditions. We need both UX design and development for this project. The design is critical as it defines our brand - we have a clear focus on that so if you are unable to deliver a design then do not tender for this project. We will not consider proposals that do not comply to these conditions and if you are unable to demonstrate expertise in the technology stack you should not submit a proposal.
