I am looking at increasing my business website's Google local ranking. I would like proposals for the following:
We have 5 keywords we want optimized for our area. There are a number of competitors and my company is a local company with competitors who are national. After you put in an initial proposal, I will provide the specific keywords so you can provide a more detailed proposal.
We would like proposals to guarantee local optimization i.e. that the keywords rank on the first page with local competitors. If you are not willing to guarantee page ranking don't bid on this post.
In your proposal please include a brief description of your plan, your proposed budget and payment schedule (e.g. as each keyword reaches first page ranking, 1/5 of total project payment is to be paid to you etc.)
Please use excel sheet below for providing your proposed timeline and budget. Please note that the payment is only made when a milestone is reached. This means that the specified keyword reaches first page local ranking on google - WE ONLY PAY when the keyword is on the first page, not if it doesn't reach first page ranking. Please consider this in your proposal and budget accordingly.
