We are looking for a technical Marketing Content Writer, who can help us with content creation for our healthcare education non-profit organization, on an as-needed basis, up to 5-10 hours a month. We expect you to deliver quality writing pieces that appeal to our audience, attract customers and boost brand awareness. You will also be evaluating analytics to adjust content as needed and using SEO techniques to increase traffic to our websites.
For the first trial project, we will ask you to analyze our “About Us” Landing page and rewrite it in a way that will tell our story better. If we will be happy with the delivered results, we will send you 1-2 other projects to work on as your next milestones.
As a Marketing Content Writer, you will: - Utilize industry best practices and create content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and provides information, across a wide variety of digital platforms, including the company website, social media, blogs, marketing and advertising materials, etc.; - Proofread content for errors and inconsistencies; - Edit and polish existing content to improve readability; - Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices in writing to maximize the online visibility of the company website in search results; - Create compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
Experience and Qualifications: - Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions; - Proven content writing and copywriting experience; - Well-versed with SEO and writing high-quality content that passes the "Google Test"; - Working knowledge of Content Management Systems and all MS Office applications; - Portfolio of published articles and websites; - Excellent communication skills; - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects concurrently.
