We intend to use CSV files for any integration that has not been listed. We want to think of Miist as a mindest with a portal. The portal is their control hub to transparency to their business. feeding the hub is the sources of those systems.
Explain how the functionality of the data being pulled into the app will work.
1. How will POS Data be displayed and what are the comparisons that it needs to be linked to? E.g. Facebook campaigns compared to sales for those campaigns in the POS
o The display will be in the form of widgets that will display the associated sales of the product with the results of the campaign. MVP can literally have these relationships side by side.
2. How will the Loyalty program work when data is pulled into the App?
o We are looking purely at the reach and the results of the sales. They are reference points to use as parameters for looking at sales.
3. Is the Loyalty program comparing data with any other sources?
o Loyalty is the most direct customer feedback loop that exists, hence its importance. it may or may not be relevant to other sources.
4. Explain how the integration with Zoho will work
o Zoho has the framework in which we can store and associate the accounts with the campaigns that are coming in from customer facing platforms and the sales internal platfrom.
5. Explain how the integration with MIIST work
o Miist will be the control center and the UI. Miist Portal will be a very easy drag and drop area.
6. How will social media work?
o These are just engagement numbers and sentiment around messaging that is linked to sales.
7. What other data do you want to integrate?

An area of focus will be the set up and onboarding of the customer. We are thinking of a creative way that would gather the information we need while giving them value.
We are thinking a basic "website Template" where they enter the services they use and the API key or log in credentials. MIIST pulls the pre set data sets when connection occurs.
From MIIST their are filter views and "suggested views"
example: Social campaign, Social assets, Sales of that product in one row.
