Without divulging too much initially I am starting a new online competition business and am looking to market the business with social media marketing. Seo will be worked on in the background and is being taken care of. I have spent a long time on building this and have found a good team. However I have been let down by my marketing people. They came up with a strategy that I liked, talked a lot of sense but then disappeared onto other things annoyingly. I have a team in place that are taking care of web development / maintenance. Seo and social media engagement / management. We have a clear vison of what we are trying to achieve. I am looking for FB Instagram twitter etc paid ad “EXPERTS” to work with these people and myself to design and run a targeted add campaign with an emphasis on conversions. I have a good idea of what is needed but I will let you, the expert, tell me what you think is needed / good advice and we can go from there. Any quick replies saying i fully understand and can start now will be ignored. I have worked with and still do work with some great people on here and they all take their time to ask questions, get to know the client and the business first to see if they can add to the project. I have built long term working relationships with good honest hard working diligent people and got very annoyed with yes men that fail to deliver.
