Hello, I have a simple CMS built in vanilla PHP and MySql (not in a framework). I have a good understanding of the CMS so I can answer any questions you have about it.
I require a function added to the CMS whereby if I upload different index.php files into the CMS via FTP, they can be loaded through the CMS which will of course change the theme of the website (I will create the various index files) so it is just for the function to switch the index file if exists.
Depending on which theme is selected will determine which stylesheets the admin can select (again I will create those stylesheets, and note that the CMS already has the function to switch stylesheets).
So for example, in the root of the CMS will always be index.php and stylesheet.css and these will always be loaded by default. However, if i create a new theme in /theme2 folder then I will upload one index.php file into that and various stylesheets. Therefore in the CMS, the new theme dropdown field will have "Default" and also "2" in it, and if the admin selects "2", then the stylesheet dropdown will show the various stylesheets within the theme2 folder which can be selected.
This will allow me to create many themes and various styles of those themes which can be easily changed via the CMS.
I am looking for someone that is an expert in PHP / PHP frameworks, that can come up with solutions to problems effectively and is highly responsive in communication and works fast. I am always looking for ways to improve my CMS so should things go well, there will be more work to carry out on the CMS.
