There are 2 elements to the job:
1. The main job - rebuild on the newest WP version all static public pages with a mix of a new and existing design. 2. Offload - separate BuddyPress community (after login) from main public website/domain and offload to a new sub-domain. This community stays as it is, no rebuild or new build required.
The main reason for the rebuild of public pages code issue, load issue and speed issue, the website is not complying with an SEO and Google standards. I need a LIGHT and ULTRA FAST website for the main domain, with exceptional load time and user experience.

You will be required to submit: - your web architectural solution all visualised and describe in writing to proof you can build best practice and super light website and your thought process - cost (fix cost only for the whole project, cost per hour is not excepted, from what I understood it will require around 40h of work for sure) - timing (i am looking to deliver the job by mid-January)
