Expected duration: Ongoing I am a trained chef with two best selling cookbooks to my name and a members club growing. As my business is growing I am looking for a talented chef, who can develop recipes and possibly shoot images.
A super talented recipe development chef with an eye for simplicity and food styling. The recipes has to be innovative athlete friendly and be easy to make and be gluten-free, dairy-free and with no added sugars or artificial sweeteners and follow the seasons. I have a very clean style, without napkins and spilled ingredients on any of my images, the food should be vivid clean and have beautiful color contrasts.
Ideally I would like to develop a long lasting partnership, with a good connection in order to develop the best recipes possible.
The monthly assignment will be with themed ingredients and categories, making it easy to structure. I See the ideal candidate getting on a monthly call to go over the themes and discuss the recipes.
Once the recipes are finished they will be tested by my membership recipe test panel and then from there go into the newsletter, cookbooks etc.
Ideally you are a trained chef or you have minimum 5 years of experience developing original recipes. You have great taste buds and an understanding of healthy foods for active people - which is not just smoothie bowls and date bars. You should be sharp in being creative with vegetables, vegan and vegetarian food and have a creative mind for making several different recipes out of the same ingredients. I need to find the perfect candidate who can work focused and deliver a high end result on time. You must be fully fluent in english and be able to write both US and metric measures on all recipes.
