Expected duration: less than 1 week We have just processed several updates on our website and we need the tasks listed below resolving.
Task 1 Make price text on all shop category pages the same as on the shop home page. I think this is 26px. This is the shop home page (https://imgur.com/nBH8YP7) and it is the correct size. These are examples of the category pages and the text is too small (https://imgur.com/JV6Mguy, https://imgur.com/XOyoRX5, https://imgur.com/FVSpPWw)
Task 2 When a customer pays for a subscription it should renew automatically but new regulations have come in and on some cards the renewal needs to be authorised. When this happens a customer gets this email (https://imgur.com/ip0afkw). This is the Failed subscription renewal SCA authentication email (https://imgur.com/aXr62cS). A customer can authorise their renewal by clicking on the Authorise Payment link. This is all okay but, due to the automatic renewal failing, the customer also gets the Subscription Renewal Failed email (https://imgur.com/9N7Fcyl). Is it possible to stop the Subscription Renewal Failed (https://imgur.com/9N7Fcyl) email being sent when the renewal just needs to be authorised but still have it sent when a payment fails for another reason e.g. card has expired or is declined?
Task 3 As explained in Task 2 when a customer needs to authorise their renewal they can do this by clicking on the Authorise Payment link in the email (https://imgur.com/ip0afkw). When they do this and the renewal is successfully authorised they are redirected to their account to this screen https://imgur.com/vY6aaZn. Is it possible to change the text in the red box to the following? "Your renewal has been authorised"
Task 4 We are using a plugin to change the tax settings on products so they cost the same in different parts of the world regardless of tax. For example: A Mini Router costs £50 in the UK and that includes VAT (https://imgur.com/WvchRNn), it also costs £50 from all other countries but there isn’t any tax (https://imgur.com/FQFsjBV) We have tested this by changing the country at the checkout stage and this changes the price on this page but we have noticed that sometimes when we do this the prices on the shop pages and on the basket page are changed and are being displayed without tax. This appears to be caused by: 1. The website thinking that no country has been selected at the checkout 2. A conflict caused by two plugins called ‘CraftyQuiz fixes’ and ‘WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts’ Would you be able to fix it so the prices on the shop and product pages stay the same regardless of tax rates and then the tax is only shown on the basket and checkout pages and this is dependant on the country that is selected at the checkout?
