We are an online gift company that sells candles, bath bombs, and other products we make by hand in-house.
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant that can help our Customer Service team every day with emails. As we are entering our busiest period we get a lot of inquiries such as "where's my order", especially as we freshly hand make our products and have a longer processing time.
We use a Ticket system called Zendesk as well as Shopify, so you must be familiar with both these platforms.
Person Specification: Essential:
o Follow-through on commitments and persistence. o Ability to provide excellent customer service & manage customers' expectations. o Excellent English writing skills. o Have the ability to manage your time well. o Dedicated and reliable.
Our working hours are between 8:00 am and 16:00 pm, so you should be available during this timeframe, Monday to Friday. You must be available and commit to this role at least for the rest of the year.
