The app must have the exact structure of the website. This means: 1) Listing the Ads per Category and per Province. 2) Allow users to insert and delete their Ads. 3) Have a page for Members and Advertisers where this type of users can manage their Ads, preferencies etc. 4) Allow a Member to contact an Advertiser through their telephone number or email address. 5) Our website has APIs that can be used to query Users data or Ads. Our developers can work on this APIs if needed. 6) Radar based on GPS as described further down...
In the end the app must be the identical copy of all the functions and structures of the website, apart from one feature: the app must have a GPS tracking that in base of the actual Member's location (the user of the app) must find the closest Advertisers that share their location and/or that Advertisers that do not share their location but has indicated the actual province as their location. The location data can be saved and retrieved from and to our APIs. When the Member opens the app and click to find the closest Advertisers in a range of kilometers, the Member can close the app and move through the province, everytime a new closest Advertiser spawns an Android (or iOS) notification appears with the Ad of the spawned Advertiser. More or less how a radar works.
You can download the actual existing app on our website. This app includes the Ad listing and GPS function that we need, but the GPS function do not work properly and we need a more reliable radar. In the new app we need other functions that the website have, but the actual app don't. As we list in the beginning of this message.
